About the Team  🚀

Quality has become a key topic as Smart is committed to maintain a premium marketplace, a recognized quality marketplace both for buyers and sellers. The mission of the Marketplace Quality team is to ensure that each of Smart’s customers and partners can participate in our marketplace in a secure way. Specifically, this implies:

  • Ensuring that inventory suppliers provide fraud-less human traffic
  • Ensuring that demand partners run fraud-less qualitative campaigns
  • Ensuring that marketplace participants will be matched with each other appropriately to ensure none of their brands is put at risk

The Marketplace Quality team is working with external vendors on both inventory quality and ad quality to ensure optimal and timely detection of low-quality participants in our marketplace.

Your mission 👇

  • Ensure the Quality KPIs are monitored on a daily/weekly basis to ensure no major quality issue is left unnoticed for multiple days, and that corrective actions are taken accordingly:
  • Monitor and verify blocked advertisers, looking at data and contacting Demand partners to improve spend quality and volume
  • Monitor and verify Smart RTB+ inventory, checking data spikes on impressions and communicating accordingly with parties
  • Leverage and enhance internal data/reporting tools to define corrective actions and measurable results once a quality issue is identified
  • Manage the Quality Team, composed at first of 2 Quality Analysts and 1 Quality Integration Engineer, and serve as an escalation point in quality operations management
  • Design quality processes and standards internally at Smart, and communicate proactively in internal channels/forums to ensure proper adoption and enforce further our Quality culture
  • Manage 3rd party quality vendors, including running RFI/RFPs when changing them is needed, defining their engagement model, determine their integration flow and ensuring that Smart’s requirements are included in upcoming enhancements of their services to Smart
  • Coordinate internally with the Product and Engineering teams at Smart and our external quality vendors to ensure proper alignment on quality projects, and push the progress of quality topics in our internal Product Roadmap

About you 💪

  • You hold a bachelor’s degree and 6+ years prior work experience, or a Master’s degree and 4+ years prior work experience, in a business field (Economics, Product Management, Mathematics, Engineering, etc.)
  • Prior consulting experience is a must have. Prior management experience is a strong plus
  • You have decent programming (JS, SQL) and data visualization (Tableau, Excel, PPT) skills
  • You believe work ethics is essential, and are passionate about fighting fraud
  • You like analysing data, proposing & implementing solutions
  • You have strong problem solving skills, and can manage several projects in parallel
  • You are keen to work in an international / multicultural environment. Experiences abroad and languages are a plus. English language is mandatory. Other languages are a plus
  • You are able to communicate in a professional manner in complex situations, and know how to adapt to the audience, be internal or external stakeholders
