Your mission 👇

As a Technical Account Manager, your role is to make a point helping customers unlock the full potential of the Smart platform. You will focus on technical project management, high-level consulting to our clients, build long-term relationships with a wide range of publishers and partners, guiding them to grow their on-line advertising business and stay on top of industry trends and technology best practices. You will be working closely with the Country Manager.

 

What you'll do 

  • Take part in prospect meetings conducting in depth product demonstrations, assess the prospect (needs, technical set-up, best solution to propose)
  • Liaise with the Product team to analyse feasibility of developments required.
  • Estimate, plan and schedule the implementation and configuration of the Smart solution with the clients.
  • Drive technical choices and trainings based on a deep understanding of the clients’ needs and organization.
  • Become a product and domain expert and support clients in their technological choices.
  • Be a recognized speaker for Smart's technical offering beyond any specific client's events
  • Acquire a solid understanding of Smart products, service and positioning
  • Be responsible for the growth and success of strategic accounts
  • Build and monitor KPIs to analyse the quality of our relationship with customers along their lifecycle (quarterly and annual business reviews)
  • Up-sell appropriate products at all levels of the organisation through an active promotion of Smart solutions and services
  • Contribute to internal knowledge of clients’ needs and market evolution

 

About you 💪

  • Master Degree in Computer Science or similar technical field of study
  • 2 years of experience
  • First experience in web development (HTML, JS, SQL) or technical solutions consulting
  • Problem-solver and multitasker who stay cool under pressure
  • Analytics skills
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and know-how to identify opportunities
  • Excellent interpersonal skills (listening, writing, discussing)
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and expertise to identify opportunities for improvement
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Experience in the digital industry
