As it takes exceptional people to build the future of Smart, attracting talents is a strategic driver of Smart’s success. We are on the hunt to find a Talent Acquisition Specialist to help our recruitment team build and retain solid-rock teams!

 Reporting to our Head of Talent Acquisition, the perfect candidate is recruitment lover with a builder approach, who thrives under autonomy and loves making things happen! 

Your mission 👇

Talent Acquisition (70%)

  • Take full ownership on the staffing plan for our local and fast-growing office in Krakow, but also for other geographies, with a focus on technical jobs
  • Develop your own strategy to grow solid pipelines of tactical talents
  • Own the full candidate lifecycle: define needs (scorecard), write job descriptions, source and assess candidates, drive interview process and negotiate salary offer
  • Ensure a smooth and outstanding candidate experience
  • Build strong relationships with your internal clients, challenge their needs and decisions, help them turning grey into white or dark
  • Track and report talent acquisition metrics to identify best practices
  • Push for initiatives to develop our employer brand locally and any other side projects to improve / disrupt our hiring organization

HR Admin (20%)

  • Be the local point of contact for all HR-related questions, collaborating with our HR Operations Specialist
  • Write, document and maintain employee contracts for our new Smarties in Krakow
  • Support new hires’ onboarding. Make sure that our new hires have a quick ramp-up and their first weeks are a true celebration!
  • Adopt a leadership role for the entire local workforce, guiding internal mobility, and facilitating talent retention initiatives in collaboration with our HR Ops team (career development, feedback sessions, learning…)

 Life @Smart Krakow (10%)

  • Spread our culture and values, to be lived and channelled through every aspect of company life
  • Provide support for office management duties (local initiatives, team and external events, office branding…)

About you 💪

You are a recruitment lover and share a passion for people! You aim to work in a start-up atmosphere where you can push new ideas and disrupt current organization in a continuous improvement approach.

  • You have a prior significant experience as a Recruiter in a tech and fast-paced environment (in-house or agency)
  • You are organized, data-driven with an eye for quality
  • You are a hunter, able to build and grow an outbound acquisition pipeline of passive talents
  • You like working in a team and overcome challenges together
  • You demonstrate a strong ability to influence people
  • You have outstanding writing and verbal communication skills in both Polish & English
  • You thrive out of your comfort zone, pushing others and yourself to go ever further
