About the team 🚀

The Sales & Account Management team gathers straightforward, energetic and results-driven individuals that bring our advertising products to the market. They build long-term relationships with a wide range of publishers and partners, guiding them to grow their on-line advertising business and stay on top of industry trends and technology best practices.

Your mission 👇

  • Develop and manage the acquisition pipeline of new premium publishers from the first hello to close
  • Consultatively sell Smart’s full stack offering based upon the needs of publishers while building senior level relationships across teams
  • Focus on client needs/requirements in order to set short, mid and long-term partnership goals
  • Create custom proposals and communications documents
  • Contribute to building the Smart brand and community in the market.
  • Coordinate with internal product, ops and technical teams to fulfil client needs and provide market feedback and recommendations to affect our products and services

About you 💪

  • Master degree in Business Development / International Business
  • 2+ years of sales experience within the digital industry
  • Proven ability to close deals in a competitive environment at C-level
  • Strategic insight and business acumen with proven creative problem-solving skills
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and know-how to identify opportunities
  • Strong communication skills
  • Be foodie with a  sense of humor
