The Demand team is composed of energetic on-line advertising experts that help bring Smart programmatic solutions to market. They build long-term relationships with the most strategic Demand partners, representing some of the largest DSP’s and ATD’s in the AdTech industry, guiding them to maximize their investment.

The Demand department is a critical component of driving Smart adoption and shaping the future of an industry leader.

Your mission 👇

  • Reporting directly to the Regional EVP for the Americas, you will be responsible for activities which include:
  • Develop, refine, and execute tactical go to market plan for the US market as a coach/mentor and player to the US based demand team
  • Partnering with the EVP in articulating and addressing technical issues, creating solutions where possible and accessing internal resources as needed to ensure partner success.
  • Leverage existing network and build strong new ATD relationships through regular meetings, calls, provision of inventory reports and recommendations. You are responsible for coordinating strategic initiatives with selected partners.
  • Identifying and executing optimum trading options, including fixed price guaranteed, dynamic and fixed price non-guaranteed RTB, domain recommendations, floor management, and customized business models.
  • Liaising with our Marketing team to promote custom ad packages for premium programmatic to support revenue growth.
  • Leveraging your understanding of the programmatic marketplace and expertise on the Smart RTB+ platform in order to grow awareness around our ad inventory offer and creating a reputation of excellence for Smart RTB+ in the marketplace


About you 💪

  • Digital space: 10+ years of experience managing a team in digital sales/ ad technology space with a proven ability to close deals in a competitive environment.
  • Strong existing relationships and hands-on experience working with Agencies and Trading Desks, as well as DSPs, DMPs, data providers or other programmatic platforms.
  • Driven, results-oriented, and focused on identifying new business opportunities using knowledge and credibility to change customer behavior and increase revenue.
  • Persistent, with advanced negotiation skills and experience with long-term sales cycles
  • Strong communication skills, creative and open-minded
  • Entrepreneurial attitude, comfortable taking risks and strong business acumen.
  • Problem-solver always on the lookout for innovative solutions to complex issues.
  • Keen to work in an international environment.
  • A foodie with a sense of humor
